income buyers and renters.The company was founded in 2007 in New Orleans,LA. The goal of the company is to help
rebuild the city with affordable energy independent homes.The company is looking for angel investors and others
to invest or otherwise fund the construction of these homes.$10,000,000 is needed to construct initially 15
homes.The homes will feature green power systems and energy saving equipment throughout.In addition they will
be constructed to withstand weather conditions for the area including flooding.The homes will be priced for
the market of the particular community.The homes will fullfill the requirements of THE LOUISIANA CONSOLIDATION

(3)it increases homeownership.
(4)it increases homes available to renters.
(5)it creates jobs.
